Meredith spent most of her life living ‘over-fat’ and decided enough was enough in January 2005. After losing over 70 pounds through resistance training and improved nutrition, Meredith decided to become a certified personal trainer through AFAA. In addition to being published in 2 national women’s magazines (SHAPE April 2007 and Oxygen April 2007), she has also appeared in the Buffalo News 2006 Life Section. Even though her free time is limited, Meredith enjoys participating in American Tribal Belly Dance, gymnastics, and is training to become a member of a roller derby team. |
