It was a passion for fitness that drove me to become certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Prior to being introduced to the Slow Burn method, I would spend most days at the gym working out independently and participating in circuit training classes. However, for all the time and effort put in I always felt as though my progress was not measuring up.
After doing Slow Burn for about 6 weeks, I felt dramatic increases in my strength. I felt more “sculpted.” So, I went back to visit my old circuit class just to see how well I would do. What had previously been a gut wrenching workout had become much easier. And I was only working out once or twice a week for 30 minutes. At first, I didn’t know what to do with all of my new free time! |
